Shipping

All items from our Balinese Manufacturer are sent to us in protective bags made from the Cassava plant, making them 100% compostable.  This packaging simply protects them on their journey from Indonesia to Queensland, and during storage, before our fabulous customers (that’s you!) receive them. 

All orders from Ashe are carefully packed, sealed with love, and then bundled into biodegradable mailers.  We are beyond excited by your purchase and hope you are too, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we would love it if you could reuse these mailers for returns and exchanges.

Orders Within Australia

Please note, all packages are posted from Emerald, Queensland using Australia Post.  Although we pack your orders the same day we receive them, living in rural Queensland means that sometimes orders may not leave our regional town the same day you ordered them. 

There may be circumstances outside of our control which affect shipping times. Things like weather events can affect shippings times causing small delays, so we ask for your patience. We will do our best to notify you if any delays occur.

Please take care when ordering and allow 1-3 days from the time you placed the order, to the time your order is shipped. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped which includes tracking details. 

Unless otherwise specified, all packages will be shipped with an Authority to Leave in a safe place (ATL).  If it is unsafe to leave your package, Australia Post will take it to the nearest Post Office, awaiting collection from you there.

For your peace of mind, we always recommend a signature upon delivery. If you opt for this, please make sure to include this in the notes section during purchase.

We ship Australia wide AND all orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping!!!  Yay! 

All orders under $100 (unless otherwise selected) will be shipped using standard delivery. Flat rate for standard delivery is $9.00. Orders from our beautiful regional town can take up to 10 business days to reach you.

Express Shipping

Need your parcel in a hurry?  No problem, an Express Shipping option is available at the checkout.

Please always allow 1-3 days from the time you placed the order, to the time your order is shipped. Express delivery times are estimated once the order has been shipped.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped which includes tracking details.

All care is taken to pack each order thoroughly to prevent any damage in transit.  However, Ashe is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received or arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address.
