Online shopping can be hard!
We pay attention to detail when photographing garments and do our best to provide clear information on fabric, sizing, and fit, to ensure what you see on our website, is what you receive. We take our utmost love and care when creating Ashe garments, and hope you love them as much as we do! We really appreciate your support, but if for some reason your purchase doesn’t make you feel completely gorgeous, we can offer an exchange or online Ashe credit subject to the conditions below:
• To begin processing your request, email hello@asheaustralia.com within 3 days of receiving your garment. Please include garment details and indicate whether you would like an online credit or exchange.
• Garments must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
• All garments must be returned unused, unwashed and with swing tags still intact.
• Ashe reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit, or refund if there are visible signs of wear.
Returns/Exchanges
Please take care when purchasing your Ashe garments as we do not offer refunds. Items purchased on sale will be offered an exchange or Ashe credit only, unless stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion. The return postage will be at the expense of the customer, however if an item is exchanged, Ashe will incur the cost of posting the new item to you
• Please allow up to 5 business days after Ashe has received your returned item, for your exchange or Ashe credit to be processed.
• If the exchange is greater than the original purchase price you will be sent a link via email to pay the difference.
• If the exchange is less than the original purchase price, you will receive an Ashe credit for the difference.
• Please note, we only produce small quantities of each garment. If the requested exchange item isn’t available a store credit will be offered. We take care to package and protect your order, however Ashe does not take responsibility for any damage to items caused during transit by Australia Post or if the item is left unattended after delivery. Faulty Items
Our garments are lovingly created in small batches using a variety of artisan techniques. Minor inconsistencies in print colour, organic thread and fabric colour are not considered faults. If you believe a garment is faulty, it must be returned at the purchasers’ expense, within 14 days of delivery with an original receipt of purchase. The item will be assessed and if deemed faulty a full refund, exchange or Ashe credit will be offered.
