Once orders have been placed, we package and dispatch them as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to change/cancel your order so please email hello@asheaustralia.com to discuss changing/cancelling your order ASAP.

Oh dear! We really hope this never happens. All orders are triple checked prior to being sent, however if you receive an incorrect item, please email our Customer Service team at hello@asheaustralia.com.
We carefully check all garments for faults. If you receive a faulty garment, please email our Customer Service Team at hello@asheaustralia.com, within 3 days of receiving your order. We are here to help and will be happy to resolve this problem for you.
If you have returned or exchanged a garment you will receive a credit code to be used for your next purchase. Simply visit our online store, select your garments, and enter your unique code at the check out to receive your discount.

We are posting your order from our beautiful home in Central Queensland, and Australia Post can sometimes take a little longer to get our mail out to the world. To find out more on delivery times as recommended by Australia Post, please read through our Shipping and Delivery Policy
Absolutely! We can ship to a Residential Address or PO Box.
We use Australia Post to ship your orders. All orders from Ashe are carefully packed, sealed with love, and then bundled into biodegradable mailers. Once your order has been processed a shipment advice email will be sent to you. This will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. Please feel free to contact us at hello@asheaustralia.com to discuss this policy.
All orders over $150 receive FREE Shipping YAY! For orders below $100, standard delivery within Australia is $10.00. Express shipping is $15

Refunds & Returns
Below are some common questions about our Refund Policy
Please be careful when making your purchase as we do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be issued for faulty garments. We are happy to offer you an online store credit or exchange for your purchase. Please email hello@asheaustralia.com within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be emailed a unique code to enter at the checkout. Please use this code when purchasing your new garment. For more information, please view our Returns and Exchanges policy here
It’s very easy! To begin the return process, simply email hello@asheaustralia.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Your garment will need to be posted back to us within 14 days from the original date of receipt. Once we receive the garment, we will assess that it's in the original condition, and unworn. As per our returns policy, a credit code will be issued, which can be used at the checkout during your next purchase. Please read our full returns policy here
Please choose carefully as Ashe Australia does not cover the return costs of your garments. Once the item has been returned in it's original condition, we will happily provide you with an exchange or online store credit.
Please take extra care when purchasing sale items, as Ashe does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
MANUFACTURING
Our garments have been designed in Rural Australia by our Female Founder and are manufactured in Bali. We use a small, female owned factory to create our beautiful garments. To learn more about our Ethical and Sustainable practices please read our Blog Post here
Ethical Fashion concerns Human Rights. Our garments are lovingly made in a small factory in Bali where workers are paid a fair wage and provided with safe, clean and comfortable working conditions. The workers have the choice to work here. You can learn more about our ethical practices here
